VRV/VRF runs many indoor units of mixed types (cassettes, ducted zones, wall heads) from one refrigerant circuit, modulating per zone. It is the backbone system for offices, retail and multi-level buildings, with compact S-series options bringing the same architecture to large homes.
Design first, hardware second
VRV lives or dies on design: load calculations, diversity, pipe networks and controls. That is our Ducted & VRV System Design service: we produce the documented design, then install it or hand it to your builder for tender.

What is the difference between VRV and VRF?
The same technology: VRV is Daikin’s trademarked name (Variable Refrigerant Volume); other manufacturers call it VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow).
Is VRV only for commercial buildings?
Mostly, but compact S-series systems bring VRV architecture to large multi-level homes where ducted zoning alone runs out of headroom.
Do you handle VRV design and documentation?
Yes: heat-load calculations, zoning and airflow layouts, equipment selection and documentation for builders and tender, through our Ducted & VRV System Design service.
