What counts as an air conditioning emergency?
No cooling in a heatwave, no heating in winter for vulnerable occupants, water pouring from a unit, burning or electrical smells, or a commercial space that cannot trade. If you are unsure, call: we triage honestly on the phone.
Can you fix it in one visit?
Usually. Our technicians carry the most common parts and diagnostic gear, so the majority of emergency faults are diagnosed and repaired on the spot. If a part must be ordered, you get a clear plan and price before we leave.
Do you repair brands you do not sell?
Yes: all major brands, regardless of where the system came from.
