Terms of Use
Last updated 7 June 2026
These terms apply to your use of the Schillair website (ABN 53 611 453 171, Licence No. L296530C). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Quotes and estimates
We do not publish prices on this website. Any figure you generate here, including the capacity calculator and any running-cost estimates, is a guide to help you plan, not an offer or a quote. A quote is provided by phone or email after we review your details and photos, and a job is only confirmed once we agree it with you in writing. Running-cost figures are estimates based on official government energy data and current Sydney electricity rates; your actual bill will vary with your usage, plan and home.
Using the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or misuse the forms (for example with spam or false details).
Accuracy of information
We work hard to keep product details, specifications and advice accurate, and we only publish manufacturer information we can support. Even so, specifications and availability can change, and the content here is general information, not personal advice for your specific situation. Always confirm the details that matter with us before you decide.
Intellectual property
The content, branding and layout of this site are owned by Schillairor used with permission. Manufacturer names, logos and product imagery belong to their respective owners. You may not reproduce the site’s content without our permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites, such as manufacturer pages or government resources. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is always the one published here. Questions? Call 1300 300 302 or use our contact page.
