Common faults we see
Weak or warm airflow, units short-cycling, water dripping inside, error codes and remotes that stopped talking to the unit. Most trace back to a handful of causes: clogged filters, low refrigerant, failed sensors or drainage: all quick to diagnose on-site.
Honest diagnosis first
You get an upfront diagnosis fee, a clear explanation of the fault, and a fixed repair price before any work starts. If a repair does not make economic sense on an old unit, we say so and quote a replacement instead.

How quickly can you book a repair?
Standard repairs are usually booked within a few business days. If it cannot wait, our 24/7 Emergency Repairs service jumps the queue.
My system is blowing warm air: what should I check first?
Check the mode is set to cool, the temperature is below room temperature, and the filters are not clogged. If those are fine, it is often low refrigerant or a sensor: book a repair and we will diagnose it properly.
Do you carry parts with you?
The common ones, yes: capacitors, sensors, contactors and consumables ride on the van, which is why most repairs finish in one visit.
