Is ducted air conditioning a good fit for a Central Coast house?
Usually yes. Most Coast homes are freestanding houses with the roof space ducted needs, and zoning lets you cool only the rooms in use. It also handles the summer humidity well. Where ducted is not practical, a few splits cover it.
Does the Central Coast humidity change what I should buy?
