What a quality install looks like
Correct sizing from a real heat-load estimate, clean penetrations, properly supported pipe runs, a tidy condensate path, torque-checked electricals and commissioning with you watching. Then we show you the controls before we leave.
Timing, honestly
A standard back-to-back split is about half a day. Longer pipe runs, double brick, difficult outdoor positions or switchboard work add time: your photos tell us most of this in advance, which is how the quote stays fixed.

Supply & Installation: common questions
How long does installation take?
A back-to-back split: around half a day. Multi-splits: usually a day. Ducted systems: one to three days depending on size, zones and roof access.
Do I need an electrician as well?
No: our installation teams are licensed for the electrical work involved, including dedicated circuits where the switchboard photo shows we need one.
Can you take away my old unit?
Ask when you book: we can usually decommission the old system and leave the site clean, with refrigerant recovered properly under our ARC licence.
Is the manufacturer warranty valid on supply-only units?
Yes: we supply genuine Australian stock with full manufacturer warranties. Note the warranty terms require installation by a licensed installer.
Can you deliver?
Yes: pickup or delivery across Sydney, arranged when we confirm stock and price.
Can you check I am buying the right size?
Always: send the room details or photos and we confirm capacity and model suitability before you pay. It costs nothing and prevents the classic undersizing mistake.
Replacing an old ducted system: what carries over?
Usually the ducts and the grilles. The controller and the cabling come new with the system.
