We only collect what we need to quote and deliver our service:

- Photos you choose to upload so we can quote accurately without a site visit.
- Email address if you subscribe to our guides, plus what you were interested in (for example a system type from the calculator).
- Basic usage data such as pages visited, collected through standard web analytics to help us improve the site.
How we use your information
- To prepare your quote and respond to your enquiry.
- To supply, install or service air conditioning you engage us for.
- To send guides and occasional offers, only if you opted in (you can leave anytime).
- To improve our website and services.
When we share it
We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy obligations: our email delivery and email-marketing providers (to send confirmations and any guides you subscribe to) and our website and analytics providers. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Marketing emails
We only email marketing to people who opt in, and every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect emails about a quote or job you have with us.
