Self-contained plant for water-loop buildings
Packaged units put the whole refrigeration cycle in one cabinet. Water-cooled versions reject heat into a building’s condenser water loop instead of an outdoor coil: the standard answer in CBD towers and buildings with no outdoor plant space. When do I need a water-cooled packaged unit?
When your building has a condenser water loop and no practical spot for an outdoor unit: common in office towers and mixed-use buildings. Body corporate or building management usually specifies the connection requirements, and we work to them.
What sizes do you install?
Our current Temperzone water-cooled range covers 6.27 to 9.8kW per unit, with larger ducted packaged options available on request.
