The Rinnai DINLR24Z7 / DONSR24Z9 is a high-capacity reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system designed for very large homes, offices, retail spaces, and commercial buildings that require strong airflow and long duct runs. With a high static indoor unit, 3-phase power supply, and powerful inverter compressor, this system is built for demanding whole-home heating and cooling applications. With 23.5kW cooling and 25.0kW heating capacity, this model is ideal for large multi-room homes, open-plan living areas, offices, and spaces around 100–150m² depending on insulation and layout. Cooling capacity can modulate from 11.8kW up to 30.5kW, while heating ranges from 12.5kW to 29.6kW, helping maintain stable temperatures while reducing energy use.

High Static Pressure Performance

The indoor unit delivers airflow up to approximately 1203 litres per second at 170Pa and supports a maximum external static pressure of 250Pa. This makes it suitable for long duct runs, multiple outlets, and large zoned ducted systems where strong airflow is essential.

Long Pipe Run Capability

The system supports maximum refrigerant pipe runs of up to 60 metres, with a maximum vertical separation of 25 metres between indoor and outdoor units. This provides installers with greater flexibility for larger homes and complex layouts.

Wide Operating Range

The unit can cool in outdoor temperatures from -15°C to 46°C and heat from -15°C to 24°C, making it suitable for harsh Australian climate conditions year-round.

R410A Refrigerant

The system uses R410A refrigerant and comes pre-charged for pipe lengths up to 7.5 metres. Additional refrigerant can be added for longer pipe runs where required.
