The MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC PEAD-M71JAADR1.TH / SUZ-M71VAD-A.TH is a low profile reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system designed for apartments, townhouses, smaller homes, and offices where ceiling space is limited. Its slim 250mm indoor unit height makes it ideal for shallow roof cavities, narrow bulkheads, and homes with limited ceiling clearance. It includes the PEAD-M71JAADR1.TH indoor unit, SUZ-M71VAD-A.TH outdoor unit, and PAR-40MAA backlit wired controller. With 7.1kW cooling and 8.0kW heating capacity, this model is ideal for open-plan living areas, medium-sized homes, offices, and spaces around 35–55m² depending on insulation and layout. The system can modulate from approximately 2.8kW to 8.1kW in cooling mode, helping maintain more stable temperatures and lower running costs.

Optional Wi-Fi control allows remote access via smartphone, while compatible zone controllers can support up to eight zones for improved comfort and energy savings throughout the home.
