The MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC PEAM140GAAVKIT2 is a high static reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system designed for larger homes, offices, and commercial spaces that require strong airflow, long duct runs, and flexible zoning. It includes the PEA-M140GAA indoor unit, PUZ-ZM140VKA-A outdoor unit, and PAR-40MAA backlit wall controller. This model is ideal for whole-home comfort in larger properties where even airflow across multiple rooms is important. With 14.0kW cooling and 16.0kW heating capacity, this system is suitable for very large open-plan homes, offices, and areas around 60–100m² depending on insulation and layout. It can modulate from approximately 6.2kW to 15.3kW in cooling mode and from 5.7kW to 18.0kW in heating mode, helping maintain more stable temperatures while reducing running costs.

The system supports maximum piping lengths of up to 75 metres with a maximum height difference of 30 metres between indoor and outdoor units. This gives installers greater flexibility for larger homes and more complex layouts.

Wide Operating Range

The unit can operate in outdoor temperatures from as low as -15°C up to 52°C in cooling mode and from -20°C to 21°C in heating mode, making it suitable for Australian climate conditions year-round.
