The MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC PEAM140HAAYKIT2 is a high static reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system designed for large homes, offices, and renovation projects where roof access is limited. Its two-piece indoor unit design makes installation easier in tight roof spaces and existing homes, while still delivering powerful whole-home heating and cooling. The system includes the PEA-M140HAA indoor unit, PUZ-ZM140YKA2-A outdoor unit, and PAR-40MAA backlit wall controller. With 14.0kW cooling and 16.0kW heating capacity, this model is ideal for large homes, open-plan living areas, offices, and spaces around 65–100m² depending on insulation and layout. It can modulate from approximately 6.2kW to 15.3kW in cooling mode and from 5.7kW to 18.0kW in heating mode for more stable temperatures and improved efficiency.

R32 Refrigerant

The system uses modern R32 refrigerant for improved efficiency and lower environmental impact compared to older refrigerants. It also supports maximum pipe runs of up to 75 metres with a maximum height difference of 30 metres between indoor and outdoor units.
