The MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC PEAMS140HAAVKIT is a high static reverse cycle ducted air conditioning system designed for larger homes, offices, and renovation projects where roof access is limited. Its two-piece indoor unit construction makes installation easier in tight roof spaces and existing homes while still delivering powerful whole-home heating and cooling. The system includes the PEA-M140HAA indoor unit, PUZ-M140VKA-A outdoor unit, and PAR-40MAA backlit wall controller. With 13.5kW cooling and 16.0kW heating capacity, this model is ideal for large homes, open-plan living areas, offices, and spaces around 60–100m² depending on insulation and layout. It can modulate from approximately 6.2kW to 15.3kW in cooling mode and from 5.7kW to 18.0kW in heating mode for more stable temperatures and improved efficiency.

Optional zoning allows the system to control up to 4 or 8 zones, helping reduce energy use by conditioning only occupied areas. An optional Wi-Fi adaptor also allows remote control via smartphone, tablet, Alexa, or Google Assistant.
